Seeking  Skilled Finish Carpenter to join the team across Connecticut. This role focuses on high-quality residential rebuilds following fire and insurance-related damage, offering steady, year-round work and the chance to take ownership of detailed craftsmanship in meaningful projects.

What You'll Do as the Skilled Finish Carpenter:

• Perform finish carpentry work on residential restoration and remodeling projects
• Install trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other detailed interior elements
• Assist with framing and structural repairs as needed
• Execute kitchen and interior remodel work from start to finish
• Collaborate with project teams to meet timelines and quality standards
• Travel to job sites across Connecticut (company truck and gas provided)

Must-Haves as the Skilled Finish Carpenter:

• Strong experience in finish carpentry and residential remodeling
• Ability to install trim, hang doors, and complete detailed interior work
• Comfort working on active construction and restoration sites
• Reliable transportation history and ability to travel throughout the state
• Solid understanding of construction best practices and safety

Nice-to-Haves as the Skilled Finish Carpenter:

• Experience with insurance restoration or fire rebuild projects
• 5+ years of carpentry experience
• Ability to handle both rough and finish carpentry tasks
• Experience with kitchens and full interior renovations
