Job Description/Required Qualifications:

• Skilled carpenter with 5+ years prior work experience in the carpentry/construction industry.
• Demonstrated capability to learn quickly, and self-direct work as needed.
• Desires increasing responsibility with the opportunity to lead 1+ additional employees.
• Comfortable working with and around power tools and hand tools.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds throughout workday, bend, kneel, stand, climb ladders/scaffold, use precise hand motions to complete tasks.
• Able to work through all four seasons outdoors, including high heat temperatures in the Summer and cold temperatures in the Winter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Able to read blueprints/construction designs.
• Able to perform job site layout (i.e footers, wall lines, etc.).
• Proficient in different types of framing (i.e deck framing, roof framing, stair framing).
• Proficient in decking and railing installations.
• Demonstrated capability and experience adhering to project schedules.

Pay Rate:
Varies based on years of experience and skill level.
