Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Adjunct Professor, located in the San Antonio, Texas, Dallas, Texas or Phoenix, AZ Metropolitan Area, with opportunities for some remote work. The Adjunct Professor will be responsible for developing and delivering course content, assessing student performance, mentoring students, and supporting their academic and professional growth. Additional responsibilities include maintaining updated knowledge in the field of expertise, contributing to course design and curriculum development, and participating in department meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Terminal Degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Marketing, AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or related fields required.
• Proven proficiency in subject matter expertise, along with curriculum development and instructional skills
• Strong teaching, classroom management, and student engagement skills
• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and Learning Management Systems for online and hybrid instruction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster inclusive learning environments
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to various teaching settings and learning needs
• Master’s degree in the relevant field; Doctorate preferred
• Experience teaching in higher education is a plus
• Commitment to fostering the academic and personal growth of a diverse student body
