We are looking for a highly motivated and guest-focused individual to join our Chick-fil-A team as a Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the director team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience

- Supervising team members and providing guidance and support as needed.

- Monitoring food quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.

- Training and developing team members to maximize their potential and performance.

- Handling guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Assisting with labor management to ensure proper staffing levels and labor cost controls.

- Fosters a culture of caring.

- Upholding Chick-fil-A’s values and culture by leading by example and demonstrating integrity, respect, and excellence in all aspects of the job.

- Daily cash handling procedures and settlements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role in a high volume environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

- Must be available to work Saturdays and major holidays.
