We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Receptionist / Shipping & Receiving / Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations at our research facility . This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors while managing incoming and outgoing shipments and providing general facilities support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
