Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Scheduler to support planning and scheduling activities across multiple construction and engineering projects. This role requires strong scheduling expertise, the ability to manage competing priorities, and experience working within a contractor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using scheduling software (primarily Primavera P6)
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate schedule development and progress tracking
  • Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Provide regular schedule updates, reports, and forecasts to stakeholders
  • Assist in evaluating project changes and their impact on timelines
  • Participate in project meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of overall project experience, with at least 1–2 years in a dedicated scheduling role
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • Experience working with U.S.-based construction projects, preferably within a contractor environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects
  • Background working with electrical installation contractors or technical/industrial firms
  • Experience in industries such as infrastructure, civil, roadway, or pharmaceutical construction
  • Prior experience with major OEMs or large-scale industrial contractors is a plus
  • Consulting or contractor-side experience preferred over owner’s representative roles
