Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in St. Louis, MO. The Restaurant Manager will lead day-to-day operations to ensure exceptional customer service, monitor staff performance, manage hiring and training, oversee food and beverage quality, and maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. The role involves creating a positive dining environment, achieving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the restaurant.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills with a focus on delivering outstanding dining experiences.
  • Proficiency in hiring, team management, and staff development to build a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.
  • Experience in food and beverage management, including quality control and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced, on-site restaurant environment effectively.
  • Previous restaurant management experience is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry.
  • Hospitality management, business, or related field is a plus.
