Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist - 15 hours per week

Location (city, state): Oak Brook, IL

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and polished Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide general administrative support. This is a part-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with consistent weekday hours. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable handling a variety of office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact by welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
  • Manage incoming phone calls and route messages to the correct team members
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Keep the front office and common areas tidy and well-organized
  • Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Assist with coordinating lunches, meetings, and conference room setups
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
