Job Description

Prestige Farms is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance & Food Safety Manager to lead our QA and Food Safety programs at our Charlotte, North Carolina facility. This is a key management role responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality across our operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and oversee the Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, USDA regulations, and internal product specifications
• Manage and maintain food safety programs, policies, and documentation
• Oversee and manage annual GFSI certification audits and ensure ongoing readiness
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in food safety and quality systems
• Partner cross-functionally with operations to uphold best practices and standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience managing HACCP plans and USDA-regulated environments
• Experience with GFSI audit standards (SQF, BRC, or similar)
• Leadership experience managing QA/Food Safety teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
