Location: Little Land Pediatric Therapy – Cedar Park, TX

Do you believe that every child’s job is to play, grow, and thrive? At Little Land Pediatric Therapy , so do we! That’s why we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) who’s ready to help kids develop the skills they need to do the big things in life—like zipping their jacket, holding a pencil, or just feeling calm in a busy world.

If you’re ready to bring your clinical skills, creativity, and compassion to a fun-loving pediatric therapy team, come join us!

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Pediatric OT at Little Land, you’ll blend science and play to help kids achieve milestones and master life skills—all while having a blast.

✍️ Assessment & Intervention

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, self-care abilities, and more.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals.
  • Use movement, creativity, and purposeful play to promote independence, confidence, and function.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Communicate with parents and caregivers to ensure therapy goals are supported at home and school.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and staff to create an environment of whole-child care.
  • Supervise OTAs (if applicable) and participate in care team meetings, planning sessions, and brainstorming parties (yes, we have those!).

📝 Documentation & Compliance

  • Keep timely and accurate notes, progress updates, and reports—because great documentation leads to great outcomes.
  • Follow all relevant state regulations, licensure requirements, and internal policies with professionalism and integrity.

🎯 Growth & Quality

  • Stay informed about new research and best practices in pediatric OT and sensory integration.
  • Attend team trainings, CEUs, and internal learning events—we grow together here.
  • Contribute to quality improvement efforts, audits, and our shared mission of excellence.

🎓 What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • Experience in pediatrics is a big plus, but a passion for helping kids is a must!
  • Strong understanding of sensory integration, motor development, and functional skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—for kids, parents, and fellow team members.
  • A positive attitude, flexible mindset, and love for working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
  • Feeding experience? Great! If not—no worries, we’ll support your growth.

🎁 Why You’ll Love Working at Little Land:

  • A playful, welcoming therapy environment where kids feel at home and therapists feel valued.
  • A supportive, collaborative, and super-fun team.
  • Professional development and CEU opportunities.
  • Flexible scheduling and emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Growth opportunities within a thriving pediatric practice.
