Position:  Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) – Night Hospitalist

Group:  Supporting over a dozen and counting Orlando Health Physician Associates (OHPA) Busy Private OB/GYN Offices

Schedule:  13 x 13-hour Night Shifts (17:00 – 06:00) per month

A Diverse Patient Population

Our team manages a wide range of clinical scenarios at  Winnie Palmer . Because we are a major referral center, many of our patients are high-risk inductions where your expertise is vital. This is where your "midwifery magic" truly shines, we spin our babies to help a complex induction proceed toward a successful vaginal birth. While some patients come in for a low-intervention experience, and many others appreciate the support of an epidural, we provide high-touch, personalized care to every woman, regardless of their risk level.

Core Responsibilities

• Acute Management:  Handle admissions, attend births, and manage discharges alongside your trusted physician partners.
• Surgical Excellence:  Act as First Assist in the OR for scheduled cases and your labor patients that warrant a cesarean section.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1 year of experience as a CNM required;  Hospitalist experience is strongly preferred.
• Language:   Spanish speaker preferred.
• Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing (ARNP/CNM category).
• Licensure: Active Florida ARNP/CNM license and AMCB certification.
• Certifications: Current BLS and NRP certification.
