MIG Welder – 1st Shift – Summerville, SC – Up to $30/hr!

  Location: Summerville, SC

  Pay: Up to $30/hr based on experience

  Shift: 1st Shift

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
  • ️ Set up welding equipment and adjust settings for proper weld penetration and quality
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials for welding
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance
  • Assist with material handling and staging parts for production
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a  MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
  • Strong understanding of welding safety practices
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced setting
  • Additional welding processes (TIG, Stick, Flux Core) are a  plus , but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Summerville, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
