Position Overview

We are seeking a Loan Processor & Servicing Specialist to process loan originations, borrower communication, and servicing tasks. This role involves coordinating with title companies, executing refinance documents, auditing borrower insurance and tax payments, handling payoffs and delinquencies, and processing foreclosures when necessary. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in banking, title work, or financial services, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with loan origination and processing, including borrower communication and title company coordination
  • Execute refinance documents and complete required data entry for transactions
  • Audit borrower insurance and property tax payments for compliance
  • Process foreclosures, NSF transactions, and delinquency follow-ups
  • Process payoff requests and ensure timely processing
  • Maintain organized documentation, filing required reports and records
  • General administrative duties, including mail handling, scanning, and assisting with internal property transactions
  • Invoice processing and other office-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience in banking, title work, financial services, data entry, and/or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, loan processing software, or similar systems
  • Excellent communication skills for borrower and vendor interactions

Compensation & Benefits

Full-time, hourly position - starting at $24 per hour (Pay based on experience)
