Aleksandra Nova Design, Inc. (ANID) is a luxury interior design studio specializing in high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects. Our work is concept-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, serving discerning clients who value thoughtful design, disciplined process, and refined outcomes.

We are seeking a Interior Designer with strong design sensibility and professional maturity to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a high-expectation environment and is comfortable collaborating closely with leadership, project managers, clients and external partners.

Role Overview

Interior Designer is responsible for supporting the creative vision of the firm while independently managing design development tasks across multiple projects. This role focuses on design execution, documentation, and coordination, working under the direction of the Creative Director and in close partnership with the Design Project Manager.

You will contribute meaningfully to concept development, produce detailed design documentation, and help ensure that approved design intent is carried through clearly and accurately.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution

• Develop and refine interior design concepts in alignment with ANID’s design language
• Produce space plans, layouts, and detailed design documentation
• Prepare finish, material, furniture, lighting, and fixture selections
• Assist with FF&E specifications, schedules, and presentations
• Translate conceptual direction into clear, buildable design intent

Documentation & Coordination

• Produce and maintain drawing sets in AutoCAD and/or ArchiCad
• Coordinate with the Design Project Manager to support project timelines and deliverables
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness
• Respond to design-related questions during construction under PM guidance
• Obtain vendor quotes and assist in evaluating options to ensure alignment with approved client budgets

Client & Team Collaboration

• Participate in client presentations and design reviews as needed
• Collaborate with internal designers, consultants, and vendors
• Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity
• Participate in project styling and installation

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential and/or hospitality work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, ArchiCad, Revit experience strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of FF&E specification and documentation standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and professional presence
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (required)

Work Structure & Compensation

• Starting Salary: $85,000 annually
• Opportunity for growth within an expanding firm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
