TrueHarvest Farms is focused on innovation and rapid growth to meet increasing market demand. The farm is located in Belton, TX, and emphasizes sustainable farming practices.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belton, TX, for a Grower at TrueHarvest Farms, LLC. The Grower will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant care and growth, including planting, nutrient management, pest and disease control, and harvesting. Additional responsibilities include monitoring environmental conditions, maintaining hydroponic systems, and ensuring produce quality. The role involves teamwork, adherence to safety and food quality standards, and documenting cultivation activities.

Qualifications

• Plant care and cultivation skills, including knowledge of hydroponic systems and nutrient management
• Experience in pest control, disease management, and ensuring crop quality
• Proficiency in data tracking and documentation of growing activities
• Familiarity with sustainable agricultural practices and controlled environment systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred (or related experience)
• Previous experience in hydroponic farming or controlled environment agriculture is a plus
• Experience in Green Automation
• Experience in NFT systems
