PA Flax Project is a worker-owned cooperative with a mission to build long term relationships with farmers to grow fiber flax, create mill infrastructure for processing flax into spinnable fiber and co-products, as well as bring these products to market. With environmental responsibility, and economic and social justice as our guiding principles, we will create a regional fiber flax supply chain. We aim to change our region's textile industry and create economic growth that is good for our worker-owners, our community, and the planet.
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Equipment Operator to support daily farm operations across multiple sites. This role is responsible for operating agricultural machinery, assisting with planting and harvesting, and maintaining equipment to ensure safe and efficient farm production.
