Job Description

Schedule: 45-50 hours per week Mon-Fri occasional Saturdays

Work Location: Multiple locations - Southwest OH & Northern Kentucky

Requirements:

• Perform manual physical duties such as shoveling dirt sand and gravel loading and unloading supplies clearing job sites for equipment operators.
• Fueling and Lubricating Company Equipment daily.
• Daily Site Clean-up.
• Leveling smoothing and shaping freshly poured concrete using tools such as trowels floats and screeds.
• Checking concrete forms.
• Mixing concrete to the correct specifications.
• Setting and aligning the forms.
• Spreading leveling and smoothing concrete using specialist equipment.
• Molding expansion joints and edges.
• Monitoring the effects of weather on concrete.
• Facilitating concrete pouring.
• Serving as a team member and performing other skilled trade activities for selected projects to meet project budgets as needed.

Safety

• Promote execute and adhere to the companys safety program.
• Attend daily safety meetings and inspections.
• Work in a safe responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself or endanger the wellbeing of others.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in an outdoor setting which could include inclement weather heat and humidity.
• Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 lbs. regularly.
• Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is required.
• Use of sunscreen long sleeves and appropriate headgear is recommended.
• Must comply with the companys drug and alcohol testing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license.
• 2years experience
