About the Role

We are a fast-growing startup seeking a motivated Entry-Level HVAC Installer to join our team. In this hands-on position, you will install complete HVAC units and associated systems in residential and light commercial settings. Key Responsibilities

• Install new HVAC units
• Ensure safe and efficient system installation
• Perform basic system testing and startup procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) – required for handling refrigerants; candidates without it must be willing and able to obtain it immediately upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform tasks in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0–2 years of HVAC installation or related experience (apprenticeship or vocational training highly valued).
• OSHA 10/30 certification or NATE entry-level credentials.
• Basic knowledge of tools, electrical systems, and HVAC principles.
• Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

This is a field-based role requiring the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions for extended periods.
