We’re hiring an Electrical Estimator. This person will be responsible for project management and estimating commercial electrical scopes of work for HVAC-related projects and stand-alone jobs.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage electric and electrical controls projects
• Maintain a relationship with the general contractor and owners
• Procurement of materials
• Coordinate with subcontractors
• Maintain office project management documentation
• Monthly billings
• Review electrical drawings/specs and develop the project
• Solicit pricing from vendors/subcontractors
• Create competitive estimates for bids
• Maintain current knowledge of codes and labor pricing
• Complete bid document and proposal letterheads

Qualifications:

• 2+ years electrical estimating experience (commercial preferred)
• Understanding of NEC and commercial electrical installations
• Strong Excel and/or estimating software skills
• Journeyman Electrician experience a plus
