We’re looking for a Qualitative Researcher/ Interviewer (In Houston, Texas )
At Hibrids, we’re kicking off a new research project and we’re looking for experienced interviewers to help us connect with real customers and uncover meaningful insights.
What you’ll do
• Conduct seventeen 1:1 in person / virtual interviews (60 min)
• Engage with profiles such as gas station store owners and restaurant clients
• Take clear, structured notes and capture key insights
• Upload materials to shared folders and complete a standardized reporting format

• Fieldwork: April 13 – April 24, 2026
• Includes:
– Paid training (5 hours)
– 10 hours of follow-up calls with the team
• Compensation: $100 USD per completed interview + Follow up and training
We’re looking for people who:
• Have experience in qualitative interviews, UX research, or market research (+3 years)
• Are great listeners and know how to build trust quickly
• Can synthesize insights clearly and effectively
• Bilingual spanish is a plus.
