Role Description

Dynasty Development is seeking a Concrete Project Manager / Estimator to oversee concrete construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role combines estimating and project management responsibilities for site concrete, structural concrete, paving, sidewalks, foundations, and flatwork.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in concrete construction, can accurately estimate projects, and effectively manage field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Estimating & Preconstruction

• Review plans and specifications and perform detailed concrete takeoffs
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and competitive bids
• Solicit and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and material suppliers
• Identify potential cost savings, constructability issues, and value engineering opportunities

Project Management

• Manage concrete construction projects from contract award through completion
• Coordinate schedules, crews, subcontractors, and materials
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals
• Track job costs and financial performance, reporting budget variances when necessary
• Work closely with field crews, superintendents, and company leadership to ensure project success

Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support project success and overall company initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in concrete construction (site concrete, foundations, paving, flatwork, or structural concrete)
• Experience in estimating or project management within construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs and developing cost estimates
• Familiarity with construction estimating and project management software (AutoCAD, Agtek, HCSS HeavyBid/HeavyJob, or similar)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required; bilingual a plus
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Salary: DOE + Performance-Based Bonus
