We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Team member who likes working in a fast paced environment. In this role you will be utilizing a variety of hand tools and reading cut sheets and/or blueprints to build crates or pallets. Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials to build or repair crates or pallets.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Maintain and operate power and hand tools aderaing to AmeriLux safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Shift & Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 - 4:30

Compensation: $18-20/ hour

*pay is based on experience with opportunities for bonuses and raises.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
