We are seeking a talented and reliable Carpenter to join our team and contribute to high-quality construction projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform small to medium carpentry repairs on homes and businesses remodeling projects
  • Carry out demolition work as directed by the Project Manager
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
  • Assist in managing daily schedules and project timelines
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers and customers about job progress

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience
  • Strong background in flooring, drywall, tile, and painting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check and eligible to work in the USA
  • Must provide own tools and travel between job sites using personal vehicle

Physical & Success Factors

  • Ability to walk, stand, sit for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
