What You’ll Do

As a Production Technician, you will play a hands-on role in manufacturing fiberglass components used in wind turbines. This includes:

• Performing production tasks such as lamination, infusion, assembly, trimming, and finishing
• Following standard work instructions and quality requirements with precision
• Inspecting your own work to ensure it meets customer and company standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
• Identifying and reporting safety concerns, quality issues, or process improvements
• Supporting team efforts to improve efficiency and eliminate waste

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Manufacturing or construction experience (preferred, not required)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working with tools, equipment, and industrial materials
• Ability to work in environments that may include heat, noise, and PPE requirements
