Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Assembler to support wafer testing and calibration activities in a high-tech production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small, precise components, following detailed work instructions, and collaborating with engineers to support manufacturing quality and efficiency. You’ll be working in a clean, controlled manufacturing environment, supporting critical steps in the semiconductor inspection and testing process.

What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)

• Assist with loading and handling semiconductor wafers used for calibration and testing
• Perform wafer testing by closely following detailed work instructions and procedures
• Run test applications using a PC to collect and analyze wafer data
• Accurately document results and observations during testing activities
• Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to help identify and resolve production or process issues
• Inspect small components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards

Requirements

• Experience inspecting small components or parts, often under a microscope
• Comfortable working with small hand tools and electronic measurement tools (such as DVMs)
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and data entry
• Soldering knowledge or hands-on soldering experience
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions with strong attention to detail
• Prior manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom experience is a plus (not always required)
