Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Grand Blanc, MI. The Area Coach will oversee the operations of 5-6 restaurant locations, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, efficient processes, team development, and achievement of financial goals. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching store managers, executing business strategies, monitoring compliance with company standards, and driving continuous improvement across all operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including experience in coaching and developing staff
• Operational expertise in multi-unit management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities to address operational challenges and align with company goals
• Experience in the restaurant or retail industry is highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
