Application Support Representative

Duration: 5 Month Contract (Possible extension)

Location: 100% Remote (Client located in Tucson, AZ)

Max Pay Rate is $21.00/Hr.

*Must be able to work on W-2 basis

*Must be able to work MST hours

Job Description

• Collaborate with Sales, supporting teams, external partners, and accountants to accelerate QuickBooks Online adoption and successful implementation.
• Execute custom implementation plans for firms and their small business clients to seamlessly transition to QuickBooks Online.
• Manage conversions of small business clients, ensuring a positive first-use experience and encouraging accountants to recommend QuickBooks Online.
• Clearly communicate recommendations, progress, and technical needs to customers and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Prioritize workload, identify process improvements, and deliver results within timeline requirements.
• Develop and maintain expertise in Intuit products, with an emphasis on the QuickBooks Online ecosystem.
• Foster professional interactions with internal and external partners and troubleshoot technical issues, such as account conversion challenges.

Education

Technical Degree or related work experience.
