Role Description

The Administrative Assistant position is full time, in person, based in Opelika, AL. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, coordinating appointments, organizing documents, and ensuring efficient office operations. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to team members and management, handle communication with clients and vendors, and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Position also includes human resources and payroll.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to correspond professionally with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling records, reports, and correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is highly desirable
